Welcome to Paradise. We want your visit to be as enjoyable as possible. Here are some answers to questions asked by owners, their guests and RCI members. If you do not find the information you are looking for on this page, please just give Pearl, our on-site resident manager a call during regular business hours and she will get back to you shortly.

What is the best time of year to visit Paradise Timeshares?
Many of our owners and guests love the snow, other guests like watersports or hiking in summer and fall and others like the quite and more even temp found in the spring. Please click to our recreation center for activities.

How do I confirm my reservation.
Paradise Timeshares has an on-site manager. Please be sure to make all the arrangement with her prior to your visit. She will provide you with the confirmation information you need. Owners and RCI members included.

I will not be coming to check in until late at night. What do I do?
On the day of your travel, if you have not made prior arrangements with Pearl, please call again and let her know when she can expect you. If Pearl is not available, Please leave voice mail with your name and phone as well. Also note, some travelers might end up driving out of cell phone range so if you have not heard from her in a while, please try again.

What about Transportation?
If you are flying into Reno, NV, Sacramento or San Francisco, there are rental cars, buses, shuttles and limo services. Please check with the airport or booking service for details. Once you are in the area, there is local bus and taxi available.

Can I bring my pet (dog, cat, bird)?
Sorry, we have a no pets policy. This is absolute. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I smoke in or around my unit?
Paradise Timeshares is completely a non-smoking facility. Smoking is allowed in designated area only.
While other lodging facilities add a charges resulting from deodorizing the property, we really truly request that you honor this non-smoking policy for fire safety and comfort of other guests.
